Pensioners:

Your Scheme pension is currently being paid to you.

Employed Deferred members:

You still work at the RNLI and your pension benefits in this Scheme still have a link to your current RNLI salary.

Promoted Deferred members:

You still work at the RNLI. Your benefits in the Scheme are no longer linked to your current RNLI salary, as you have had a 'significant promotion' since the Scheme closed to contributions in September 2012.

Deferred members:

You have left the RNLI's employment. You are entitled to a Scheme pension but you are not a Pensioner member yet.

When you are 1-5 years away from when you think that you want to be paid your RNLI 1983 pension, you can contact WTW to ask for a pension forecast. If you email the WTW Admin team and ask for a pension forecast, they will ask you a number of security questions and will then let you know what information they need from you, in order to calculate your pension forecast.
